The Big Bang, Formation of the Universe
Category : Universe Tags : galaxy historyAlthough there is still no concrete evidence to prove the formation of our universe, the astronomers has came out with several theories of the formation of our universe. One of the most accepted theory is the Big Bang theory and this is how the story goes.
It started about 14 billion years ago where the universe does not exist the way we know today. There is only a space filled with enormous energy, density, temperature and pressures. This enormous energy eventually exploded and rapidly expanding from its epic center throughout the space in which the universe expand exponentially, even until today.
As the energy wave passes, thing tends to cool down and the formation of protons and neutrons begin to take place.
Eventually, atoms started to form with mostly Hydrogen and over the long period of time, more and more different atoms formed. All these atoms eventually formed all the things we know today in the universe, gas clouds, stars, planets, galaxies and so on.
So, that is somewhat the theory of the formation of our universe. As every story that begin will eventually comes to an end, the next question would be what will happen to the universe in the end?
As it is dificult to theorise the beginning of the universe, it is even harder to theorise the future and the end of it. We might still be in the young age of the universe after 14 billion years of its formation or could we be near the end of it?
